*To receive the reduced fee, students must submit a letter of support from their academic supervisor, confirming their student status. The term student applies to all students (undergraduate, master and PhD). Submission of the letter of support can be done after online registration (send the file to e-mail: SEHcongress.22@gmail.com)
The registration fee for participants and students (SEH member and non-member) includes the following services:

  • Unlimited access to all sessions
  • Welcome reception
  • Coffee, tea, soft drinks and snacks during coffee breaks
  • A printed copy of the final program (pdf version will also be available)
  • Conference bag and badge
  • Free entrance to the Museum of Natural History and Botanical Garden

The registration fee for accompanying persons includes the following services:

CANCELLATION POLICY

The cancellation policy will be applied for the registration fees.
Cancellations must be sent to the Official 21st SEH Congress Agency (SEHcongress.22@gmail.com) in writing by the dates specified:
Cancellation received before 1st August 2022: 70 % refund
Cancellation on 1st August and later: no refund


REGISTRATION and ABSTRACT SUBMISSION PIPELINE

1) Fill in the REGISTRATION FORM
2) Wait to receive a confirmation e-mail from the Official 21st SEH Congress Agency with your official registration number and an invoice. You are kindly requested to check the items on the document carefully. If necessary, make changes and amendments to the invoice and send an e-mail to SEHcongress.22@gmail.com or fax it to +381 11 309-64-28. A revised invoice will be issued if needed.
3) Submit your abstract via  the  ABSTRACT SUBMISSION FORM (RULES FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION can be found here).
4) Wait for the email with confirmation that your abstract is accepted for presentation.
5) Pack your bags and come to enjoy yourself in Belgrade. We can’t wait to see you!
