Call for abstracts

New deadline for abstract submission is July 7th!
New deadline for early-bird registration is June 15th!

 

Registration and abstract submission for the 21st European Congress of Herpetology that will take place in Belgrade, Serbia from 5th to 9th September 2022 started! Check Registration and abstract submission pipeline.

Abstract submission deadline has been extended to 30th June 2022.
(*early bird and late registration deadlines has been extended also, check Registation and fees) 

*Note all efforts will be made to send notification of acceptance no later than 3 weeks upon the abstract submission.

RULES FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
Please read the submission rules before submitting an abstract.
Register via the REGISTRATION FORM before submit your abstract.
Abstracts must be submitted online via the ABSTRACT SUBMISSION FORM
Presentation Type: Abstracts may be submitted for oral or poster presentation.
The Scientific Committee will determine whether the abstract will be accepted for oral or poster presentation, with consideration given to the author’s preference.

Limitations:

The same person may submit up to 2 abstracts regardless of presenting author.
The same person may serve as presenting author on up to 2 abstracts (1 oral + 1 poster presentation).
Presenting authors must be registered participants. Only abstracts of authors who have paid their registration fees will be scheduled for presentation and included for publication.
Submission of an abstract acknowledges your acceptance for the abstract to be published in the official congress publications.
The presenting author is required to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract and agree to its submission, before submitting the abstract.
Previously Presented/Published Policy: Abstracts that have been previously presented at another meeting may not be submitted.

Abstracts must be written in English, and include a title, author names and affiliations.
Follow this format for author names and affiliations:
Smith WJ(1) and Johnson K(2).
(1) Institute of the Example, Abstract City, Virtual Country
(2) Example University, Abstract City, Virtual Country

Abstract text should not exceed 300 words, tables and figures are not allowed.
